  • Not happy with this place at all. After having two tires replaced here and been satisfied, we went to have our winter tires changed over. We also had them give us an estimate for fixing the A/C, but told them it was too high, which they were not pleased about. They also tried to foist an oil change on us, which we did not need. Then, before even starting the job, they called and said we had a radiator leak, something we knew was unlikely so we told them to just change the tires and we would take the car to our usual mechanic, who is trustworthy but far away and we usually don't go to him for simple things like tire changes! When we finally went to pick up the car we noticed one of the tires was low on air; they hadn't even bothered to put a little air in a tire that's been sitting in our garage for five months. Plus they had already started to make up the bill for the radiator repair! As we left, one of the mechanics told us "we were going to have a lot of problems with our car" and laughed. Yesterday we discovered several of our fuses had been removed. Not impressed. Not returning. Would give ZERO stars if it were possible. Update: When we tried to call Bento and talk about the situation and the person on the phone hung up on us.
