  • This store NEVER answers the phone! My daughter's dress came in for my sister's wedding and the woman from the store stated that's I could receive free shipping to my home if I could not make to pick up. My first issue was that when I called the store and informed the rep that answered she stated shipping would be $15 and I had to correct her to say another rep said it would be free. She then stated "oh that must be something they just started." I was confused as a person that works there should know what is going on. I decided to get the free shipping but when asked the rep, would I receive an email to confirm it's shipment, she states that I would have to call back to see. This was 3 days ago and I have been calling the last 2 days multiple times during business hours and never get an answer no matter what option I press. This is a big turn off for me and Davids is already not a normal store that I would purchase from but I definitely wouldn't even more so now. Had this been an emergency and needed something right away, how would I have an answer if a BUSINESS does not answer the phone. I would never be interested in doing business with this store.
