My daughter dropped her phone and the screen broke, we went to Sprint store and the guy says they have some in house techs and if we spend $150 in the store they can fix it. Ok fine, then comes back and says no the manager said they can't because they have to meet some kind of quota on repair and sending phones back. I asked if I could speak with a manager to understand and he said no the manager is not there...what u just said the manager said no. Then he said it won't matter we can't do it, then he said let me check again
Went and stood on the back talking to people yes, that is glass and I can see through it and see you.
Comes back and says still no, I tried to get more information but this guy really just was incapable of functioning.
I told him he shouldn't offer something unless he was sure he could do it first as my daughter was really upset now. Oh and I am going to add this is not a teen throwing a fit, this is a college student with everything on her phone who also has a job that needs use of her phone.
In short..idiot!!! This "customer service" is why I am no longer with Sprint myself.
