  • Sold a very used car here. We received next to nothing for it which was expected- however what wasn't expected was waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete the transaction !! My husband and I began to grow roots to the chairs we were sitting on. Every time our 'salesman' came into view we'd inquire as to how much longer and we were repeatedly told 'ah, about another 20 minutes- we're waiting to hear back from Florida '. Then, when the guy finally had papers ready to sign, we'd ask a question and were literally told 'I dunno it's what Florida sent to me'. Wow!! Was it a wretched experience? No. Was it quick, painless and fast as advertised?? Definitely not. What makes this whole experience even more trying in our eyes is that we had already spent 4 hours the day before purchasing a vehicle with a different location of AutoNation. We were told during the purchase that our auto sale would take no more than an hour. Wow- they had that wrong. At minimum wage pricing of $10 an hour, I figure this company owes us some money for GIVING them so much of our precious time.
