| - A friend and I went here for breakfast one morning. Let me preface this by saying that we are both in the service industry (he, a bartender; I a manager, ex-server), so we are polite and understanding in these kinds of situations. We walked in, and they looked as though they had just got done being busy- a lot of dirty tables and frazzled looking servers. OK, we get it; we'll wait. No worries. So, we stand awkwardly at the front of the restaurant (as there's not any clear signage as to where you should go) waiting to be acknowledged. But, alas, three servers continue to walk past us and completely ignore us. It's cool you're busy, but can't you at least let us know that you can see us? So, my friend chases down a server after about 5 agonizing minutes of awkward lingering and strange looks from the servers. He asks how long the wait is, and she tells him at least an hour, despite all of the empty tables that just needed bussed. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. So, we left and went to Deluca's. I certainly hope that those servers had a better day after we left.
