  • Gotta love those geeks at Apple They diagnosed the problem with my phone and fixed it on the spot for me. (It was simple, I should have been able to do it myself but I'm no techie). This store is located in the Forum Shops and it seems like you walk for miles just to find the store. I got a great tour of the Forum shops in the process. Too bad I was in there on Black Friday and it was wall to wall people. The service here is great, you walk in and make an appointment. I guess you could call ahead and do the same thing. I had to wait 45 minutes which was fine. I got to run around Gucci and Louis Vuitton while I waited. The store is busy, busy but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
