| - On Thursday the 8 - 3- 17 . My nephew and I was referred by the mental health and court system to seek services. After waiting about 3hrs .The desk clerk stated that we had to fill out release forms and make an appointment to meet with a psychiatrist. My nephew who was the patient and I (his aunt). Came to the office of executive center drive on the 8/ 4/ 17 8am for his appointment assignment. When the representative called him, I was told on 8/3/17 that I could come in with him, to sign off as one of his guarding, since I was not on the initial information form. He signed up for medical, court, and other permissions to have family members release to this information. The representative took my name and contact number. She also said that I could talk with the psychiatrist on the 8/4/17 at 8am about my nephew's conditions and needs, because he had problem explaining them to the Representative. My nephew suffered from mental disorders, drug addiction, metal disease ( laughs uncontrollable ) , physical needs, memory lost, mentally challenged, and extreme social problems involving the law through out his life, even-through he is not violent unless he is forced and can not avoid confrontation with anyone. At the present time, he needed medical meditate attention , because of a bad tooth ache. He don't have money, or any means of supporting his self. He is homeless and living in the streets. He was given apartment and medical clinic listings after the incident and meeting with the doctor , that he can not comprehend or, have the ability to do. His SSI had stopped. We as his family have always suggested it with the mental health services and court system , that he would need a long term assistance housing facility.. After arriving to the appointment, the doctor called him and informed me that I could not attend the session. I when ask one of the desk clerk about this and she informed me that the doctor would talk with me after the session end. He came out after the session. I went up to the desk clerk to ask why I didn't get to talk with the doctor, and the desk clerk told me that the psychiatrist didn't want to talk with me, my nephew information was private. My nephew have problems comprehending everything that's said ,spoken. repeated, to him., making a complete sentence, or, what is right and wrong. I witness these employees rudeness , unprofessional, un - trusting, incompetence, way that they handle other peoples mental , physical lives and needs. They put their feeling first on the job, before helping the needy. I felt that I was marked and targeted, attacked, and harassed by the employees, against my rights to stand and support my family member, who could not stand for himself.
