rev:text	If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband ordered flowers and strawberries for me for our anniversary. It was suppose to be a surprise obviously so I was unaware they were to be delivered so I was not home. So that day they left a tag on the door. Called an they said they would re-deliver next day. I was home all day but because I didn't answer when they called they again didn't even attempt to deliver it even though I already spoke to someone the day before. So now they leave message to call back next morning to reschedule a delivery. So now on the 3rd morning I call first thing when they open an speak to a gentleman and he says they will redeliver. So now at 4pm and no delivery so I call back and speak to a woman that tells me there was no man that I could of possibly spoken too. Then she puts me on hold comes back to tell me the man i spoke to told me to come pick them up....seriously frustrated at this point I try to explain what happened and she very rudely cuts me off and wont let me speak and then proceeds to tell me that my strawberries are already ruined and its my fault. I don't know if thats how you run your business or if its just your rude employees but that is not acceptable customer service on any level. I WASN'T even aware my husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries until she very rudely told me they were already ruined. As this was suppose to be a surprise and a gift from my husband. Your customer service has failed. No wonder for the low ratings.
