Have you been looking for mouth watering ethnic Pakistani food at an inexpensive price? We didn't know we were looking for it either, until we ended up at Curry Corner last night. Upon the recommendation of one of our kind followers we headed over to this suspicious looking restaurant for some spectacular food.
We got there pretty close to closing time but the service was still exceptional and they made us feel welcomed and helped us to choose the three dishes. Most people might know that Guy Fieri showcased this spot on his show but we were unaware until the waiter mentioned it. He proceeded to recommend the top three dishes that were ordered and enjoyed by Guy, all three of which we dined on as well.
The Tikka Masala was like a party of flavors in my mouth. The heat from the spices wasn't overpowering but nice and welcoming. The chicken was moist and there was tons of sauce, perfect for dipping the naan in to.
Processed with VSCOcam with f2 presetNext we dug into the fresh Goat Karahi, our first time eating goat and it was easily likeable. I did feel that there were more bones in this dish than meat, which was too bad because the meat and the flavors of ginger, garlic and yogurt were delicious.
To take home (because we were enjoying the food so much) we ordered the Tandoori Chicken Tikka. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce that came with it was a great combination.
Corner to try out some more dishes and to eat the Tikka Masala and naan again.
