From my initial phone call to drop off. WOW!!!! I've been in customer service since I was 15 and this is what service is. This is a shout to the service team Matt and Chuck, with Jordan at KTM. Let's jump into it.
I made a call on Friday and talked to Matt ran thru a good 5-7 min convo and he was the nicest person on the phone. Super flexible with me, mentioned some stuff I would need, didn't try to stiff me with any nonsense. I asked about some parts I was thinking of buying online and how he recommended to stay away from it just because it's a pain and could not fit properly and I want to do it the right way.
Came in later that day and met Chuck. Matt was gone and the high level of service continued. I haven't had a bike for almost 8 years and it's been a while since I have been in the game. Chuck sat down with me and met me on my level. He didn't talk down to me. He didn't look at me like I had 4 eyes. And speaking of eyes he looked at me in the eyes when talking with me, not at his computer or down on the paper. Looked at me, listened, then wrote down notes. And he is military, so give him a thank you if you meet him. He wrote down a list and didn't pressure me to do anything unnecessary and only what I needed. Solid guy and I walked in today and he called me by my name right when I walked in. Solid!!!
Talked to Jordan and also the service continued. I was looking at helmets and he walked me around, made sure I was fitted right and did a phenomenal job explaining the helmets, the fit, and engaging in the conversation getting to know me throughout the conversation. I ended up buying a tank pad protector and he came out and helped me line it up. Guess what? It was perfect. Yea we did it as a team effort but he helped and couldn't have got it on any better and did all with a smile.
I'm exited to get my bike back after the tune up and service. Very impressed. Solid guys and again amazing service.
