  • The driver did not show up on time both picking us up from the airport. We were told he is going to be there in 10 minutes, so we ended up taking a taxi. On the way back to the airport, they were late by 10 minutes again, and I just took the hotel car. When you call car service, you expect them to be there on time, if not a few minutes early.
