  • I was a member for over 5 years. I visited the Lake Mead/Rainbow located quite often. I found myself getting sick more often. I reported to the front desk on multiple occasions how the men's locker room needed some serious attention to cleanliness. Nothing was ever done. I reported it time and time again, but to no avail. I finally took someone from management into the areas within the locker room. Again, my concerns were ignored so I stopped going. A place that promoted health actually was harming mine. To add to this, if I had questions on my account, it took an act of congress to get the appropriate help. The customer service on the phone and in person is sub par. I've since moved on to another healthy routine elsewhere.
