This is really more about the service at the deli. I saw on the advertising above the counter that they offer a sandwich with among other things, mayonnaise. Ok, good - but I didn't want to buy the sandwich; I wanted a hot dog. So I asked for a side of mayo. Impossible, according to the most senior person that was available to 'deal' with me. No, it wasn't pre-made, so a small serving could have been made available. I would be very happy to pay extra, but I was just sternly turned away. This was not the end of the world, but being rude to an old man asking for mayo should not cause the entire crew behind the counter to laugh and give the boss ,Theresa, congrats for her performance. It's a new world...
