  • I first came to WLIA in July because I was considering the lap band procedure. Dr. Orris is great, he explains everything well and makes sure he answers all my questions. I met with the person that explains the costs and what insurance will cover, and that was also explained very well. There was never any pressure to move forward. Due to my insurance requirements, I have to undergo 6 months supervised dieting, so I have been meeting with Mike from WLIA each month for that. He is very encouraging and helps prepare you for what life will be like after the surgery. I have been going every month for 3 months, so far, no complaints.
