  • The website is really great; good photos, easy to shop online at all the store locations, and great items on consignment. I had what is probably an isolated incident on the phone with a store representative. I was looking at an executive desk on Craigslist, and the owner was moving so sent it to Terri's. The desk had just arrived to them and I called to ask the price and to set up delivery. The price was $100 more than on Craigslist, and hey, I understand there's a third party involved now, so I wouldn't mind spending more. However, the sales associate proceeded to tell me "I really screwed up not buying it before it came to the store." I work in CS, and you just don't tell a potential buyer they "screwed up." BTW, I'd just seen the Craigslist post the night before, it's not like I let any moss grow... Anyway, I will still be a customer, but I must post when a sales associate is rude.
