  • I would vouch for Ryan as a technician... That being said the owner and the manager do not stand by their work. I have had six garage repairs in 2 years, using a home warranty company, and with that Smokies appears to do a minimum job at best. Today when Ryan visited, he basically informed me that the previous technician, George, when visited in November did not put enough tension in the spring. Therefore my garage door had broken, again 2 weeks ago and I was forced to pay another $75, 60 days after the first visit. There was no labor warranty no parts warranty and when I called to file a complaint against George the manager laughed at me and hung up
