| - If I could give negative stars I would. Let me start off by saying I should have been seen the red flags when purchasing my vehicle. I've owned my Nissan Murano for approximately a year and the service continues to worsen.
- I was prepared to address all the extra fees and charges, but the 5 point inspection fee was grandiose. I now know that inspection was a lie due to a plethora of problems with my vehicle after not only a few weeks of owning it.
- The ring-a-round to signing my check, the check not being able to process, and purchasing a cashiers check, waiting on that to go validate was a two hour shit show. Red flag number one.
- My car did not come with an additional key. Nissan 'attempted' to call the previous owner to find the second key to no avail. Meanwhile, they're fine with charging me 500 dollars to have a new one made. Flag number 2.
- My car has recently been diagnosed with a rattle due to the fuel grade. I was not told initially that I would need to utilize premium gasoline. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR. Flag 3.
-Finally, I dropped off my car this morning to address the slew of problems mentioned before. I was promptly returned a call explaining everything, but I politely stated I would like my gas gap fixed and that was all. It's been 9 hours and I have yet to hear about the condition of my car. My 'advisor' Tony left for the night and will not answer my calls. I'm told they might keep it overnight which I never agreed to. If it takes 9 hours for a fuel cap, how long will they hold my car hostage to fix everything else wrong with it?
My overall experience has been a headache, in fact I have one now. I don't like my car, the poor communication, or their terrible excuse for customer service. I'm tempted to trade my car in and wash my hands with them altogether.
Stay away from Nissan, FAR AWAY.
