  • We have used Tide Dry Cleaners a few times for comforters and other dry clean only items around the house and have always been pleased with the outcome. This most recent time though, when we got home we noticed the comforter we had cleaned didn't come out as well as it should. The dog smell was still present. I drove it back on the way to work and they took care of it, no questions asked and apologized for the mistake. No one is perfect, but when you make a mistake and stand behind the issue, it shows you are there to service your customers!
