  • Props to Rolltation for actually being opened on a late Sunday evening, while most other Poke places were closed! I decided on a 'Build your own' Poke Salad and was pleased by their awesome add-on selection and the most potent wasabi mayo sauce I've had yet (note to self: use a 'Slim' amount of sauce next time). The amount of salmon was mediocre but the options for sides are plentiful and large. Especially liked the lotus chips, purple potato, and tamago!
