  • TERRIBLE service. Rude management. Yesterday (Valentines Day) I was scheduled for a 7pm massage, My boyfriend wanted to do something special for me while he prepped dinner. He made the appointment earlier in the day and gave his credit card over the phone to secure the appt. When I got there, they did not have me on the schedule at all - not even an oops we made it for the wrong day or time - not at all. Accidents happen but its up to management to make it right. She called her assistant manager BAHAR over, and this was her response - I kid you not - "I had 4 girls here earlier today so anyone could have taken your call. I don't know what to tell you, I don't have anyone who can do your massage right now." Lady - its Valentines Day, and you "dont know what to tell me since you dont know who took my call?" - You are the manager and it is up to you to take my information and offer to look into it and call me tomorrow. Based on the other reviews, I can see customer service is not this place's strong suit. Until now I have always thought massage envy was decent, but this treatment from management will have you leaving there feeling like its the Walmart of massage places.
