Do not order flowers from teleflora.com! I ordered flowers for mothers day almost a week in advance. About 2 days later I receive an email stating they are out of the bouquet I ordered. I selected to have them send her a bouquet in replacement of the one I selected for the same price. On the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered I receive another email stating the flowers are sold out so my order will not be delivered and for my inconvenience here is a 30% off coupon for my next order. Are you kidding me? Like I would ever order from them again. I immediately get on my phone and call the 1-800 # that most likely is outsourced to another country because the gentleman that answered the phone barely spoke English. They tell me that my order didn't meet the minimum amount of $55 plus the $14 delivery fee so it was cancelled. Nothing was ever communicated to me about a "minimum" amount. All they can say is I'm so sorry we there is nothing we can do. I was put on hold by 3 different people because they didn't know how to fix the problem so instead they put you on forever hold so you hang up. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. I will never order from them again but I guess to them they don't care because they are such a huge company.
