Actually, Best Buy is incredibly lame. Employees know very little about anything outside of their little section of the store. They are friendly but generally unable to help with any except giving directions in the store. Of course, Best Buy is cheap perhaps because so little is done to train their employees. Also, never ever take them up on their extended warranty pitch - it's a huge money maker for the store and it offers the customer very little. See this article:
