  • We had a washing machine with a leak. Sears, whom we've used in the past for service, was unresponsive to our need to fix it so we looked for providers on our own. A Google search turned up Hillside. They seemed to have good reviews so I decided to go for it. We were very happy with their service. They were able to give us an appointment the day after my call and the technician arrived within the quoted time window. He found the problem right away - a bad valve. I appreciate that he showed me the problem. Fortunately he had the necessary replacement part with him and was able to install it and get the machine working again in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with the experience with Hillside and will definitely use them again.
