  • This company is top notch in all regards, service, communication, knowledge, and quality work. They exceeded all my expectations. This is especially true because I have a home warranty which, in my prior experience with other trades, meant you were the end of the line customer and repairs on anything could take awhile. Not the case with Sunstate! They called immediately on the work order, gave a prompt service appointment and a tight time window when the tech would arrive. This in mid summer....amazing. Flawless and exceptional!
