  • If I could give negative stars, I would. This was my first visit and will be my last. I went in, after taking a 6 month "lash-health" break from glam lashes. I wanted volume ( as in "wow!" volume) and had plenty of healthy lashes (in fact, the lash tech kept commenting on how I had SO many lashes- I've used Latisse for quite some time). My two hour app't lasted 2.5+ hours. From the jump, she seemed uncomfortable with my request for length and volume (for context, my last lash girl would special order 17 (length) volume lashes for me and I wore them for 5 years before my lash-health break). She kept trying to sell me on a mixed look so they looked natural. I didn't want natural, I wanted obviously enhanced lashes. I even showed her a picture from y Facebook page to show her what I used to wear....she was surprised and seemed uneasy with my request. I laid down on the bed - the salon is beautiful, I will give it that... and she told me they only had 16s... no problem. I told her that I was used to a look that would open my eye (I have very almond, slightly downturned eyes). She needed a second opinion (her words). The second lady said that she should go with 14s closest to the nose, fan to a 15, then 16 in the center then fan to 15 at the end. My tech gets to work.... she worked on me for 2.5 hours-ish (my app't was at 11 and I got home at 2- I live 7 min's away) and when I was done...not only were my eyes glued together- positively glued..... it looked like I had caterpillars on my lids..... there was no fanning...no subtle change in length.. the lashes in the inner corners of my eyes TOUCHED MY EYEBROWS. I told her that I would need to trim the inner lashes (hint, hint) and all she told me was: "Yeah, I knew I shouldn't have listened to "***" (redacted for discretion) and didn't do anything further. I left with the MOST ridiculous lashes - like, you wouldn't even see these in a Vegas show... meanwhile I am leaving for out of town Tuesday morning (which we talked about). Fast forward to that night (Sunday).. my left eye turned bright red and painful... as in, not a single wink of sleep painful. I was up all night, with a killer headache, light sensitivity..... And this morning, the lashes were falling out in clumps. Not onesies or twosies.... CLUMPS.... my left eye had 4 bald spots by 8am!!! Turns out, she had glued 2-3 clumps of volume lashes to single lashes. I don't care if you're Superwoman- NO ONE has natural lashes that can withstand that (photos to come.... I am not on my phone due to the length of this review)..and my eye was oozing and BRIGHT red. I called around and got an amazing and gracious ophthalmologist to see me on Memorial Day at his closed office (I've never seen him before and I am not his patient). He did a very thorough exam, cleared glue debris from my upper lid (she had put glue on the lid line where my eye is, along my eye- not the lash line). Turns out, I have 2 lacerations (one on the top of my cornea, one on the bottom), an abrasion AND conjunctivitis in my left eye!!! And the lashes keep falling out (left and right eye)... along with my natural lashes.... so, now, as I pack for vacation, I have lost at least 40% of my natural lashes, am wearing strip lashes to try and hide the horrendous bald spots on my lid (because vanity) while I administer antibiotic eye drops to prevent infection to the lacerations and abrasion and an antibiotic eye gel to treat the conjunctivitis while taking pain medication to treat the discomfort. So, the lashes cost me 130.00 + the AFTER HOUR, HOLIDAY specialist app't (cost TBD) plus the medications, ready to take stellar real-life redeye vacation pictures....with the most expensive, and ridiculously ugly lashes in the world. I went here based on the reviews but had the worst ever experience. Buyer beware, please. Pictures to follow.
