I called the department store on Saturday and I was on hold for 30 minuets before hanging up because of the wait. I attempted to call again on Sunday with less of a wait and spoke to a female associate whom assured me that the delivery of a purchased refrigerator would be delivered in 3 days. So I get to the store in a rush before closing to also receive an additional 10 % off. Come to find out the lady I spoke with (which I didn't reveal that I spoke with earlier in the day) told me I wouldn't receive the refrigerator until June 23. After they informed me of the inaccurate delivery time they then proceeded to talk me into getting a clearance refrigerator one of no comparability, with frustration I just walked out. Waist of time
