  • My new and here to stay go to hair salon. I've jumped from stylist to stylist and still have not found the one I wanted to stick with until now. Not only are the hair stylists here accommodating, but they definitely made my hair experience personable. They also ensure that they have all the right tools and proper training to give each customer the best service and knowledge they can! Austin was amazing! He definitely made sure I got what I wanted. Went in for a consultation prior to my hair color/cut. Showed Austin a reference photo I wanted my hair color to get to, going from brunette to blonde is not always the easiest. And he gave me a rough estimate of the price. Finally went in for my big change back to blonde and I met Emily (owner) and Kimberly, another artist. Everyone was very friendly and they got to know me and told me a little bit of how they do their business. Austin not only got to know a little bit about my hair history, but also about me as a person. I did not feel like I was just another customer, I felt welcomed and as if I was a friend coming in for some hair TLC. The team dynamic at this salon I have never experienced before. Everyone works together and supports one another. They ask opinions and questions when necessary, it is always good to have a second or third opinion. I might've been the last customer of the day, but I felt like I had my own personal hair team. I can't wait for the new store! Although it is a little ways from my home, I will definitely make the drive!
