  • I share the same opinion as the other reviewer. Their property management team is atrocious and dishonest. The house I rented from them had not been cleaned prior to my moving in. Complaints made were ignored. Requests for basic home improvements were ignored (The windows had no screens). When it was time to move out, the home was cleaned thoroughly prior to the final walk through and giving the keys to the landlord. From the time the property manager walked into the house, she tried to find reasons not to return my deposits, mainly pointing out things that were not cleaned prior to my moving in and had undergone 2 years of normal wear and tear. The property manager attempted to only return a minimal portion of my security and cleaning deposits. I had to threaten to sue them in order to have a more reasonable amount of my deposits returned. The property managers are inept and dishonest. They could not even fill out a lease renewal correctly with the correct tenants on the lease. They "lost" the move-in checklist that I filled out when I moved in detailing the condition of the house. Gold Trust Realty does not operate with ethical business practices. They will try to cheat you out of your money. They are unable to do the most basic of property management tasks correctly and with integrity. Avoid at all costs.
