  • I work across the street from Fillmore Coffee. In the same area there is a starbucks and all of my coworkers go there. I really just don't get it. Fillmore blows them out of the water. Their coffee is out of this world. The ambiance is more laid back, not as loud, and the staff is awesome!!!! I normally get the cold brew coffee. It's amazing!!!! The taste of the freshly roasted ethiopian beans is out of this world. You really taste the coffee and it is not bitter. I always go here when in need of my morning coffee fix. I recommend it if you are in the area! Also the owner is really cool and friendly!
