rev:text	My husband and I were initially wary of renting from this complex based on some of the past negative reviews but we decided to go with the experience WE had with the staff when making our final decision - and we are very happy with that decision. We have lived here for 2 months now and are enjoying it immensely. The staff has been great - very responsive to every question and/or request we've had and the overall experience has been wonderful. The Bark Park is amazing! Our Labrador runs her little heart out daily and has made doggie friends; our son LOVES the pool and the basketball court; the movie theater is state of the art; and the gym, while small, is great in a pinch. I also love the convenience of the Package Concierge amenity. I am hoping our rent doesn't get raised once our lease is up in 8 months because I know we'd like to be here for at least few years. All in all, I would highly recommend the Catherine Townhomes to anyone - single or family, young or old!
