We were very excited to try this restaurant, but had to leave without ordering anything. The ladies would come by with the cart, no explanation of what we were seeing on the cart and unable to answer questions. I'm sure the food is good, but it's super awkward if you don't know how the whole thing works and what you're looking at. They need to ask customers if you've been there before, explain what's going on and how to find out what the food is that's circulating. With labels in English on the carts, we would've been able to see what we were doing. Instead we left money on the table for tea we didn't drink and left. The staff smiled at us as we left. Something's missing here.
