Worst gym for customer service period. Have been a member off and on for the past 10+ years. Let my membership lapse about a month ago. Came in today to renew and was told I was outside their 90 day window, and would have to pay all the fees over again (for the third time now) kids were extremely rude, wouldn't look me In the eye as they basically told me get lost. expect to pay $150+ for a 30 dollar membership. And whatever u do, don't let it lapse whatsoever as they will seize the opportunity to gouge u for another $150+ despite being a 30 dollar membership. Doesn't matter if u let it lapse a week or a month. They will tell you that u are outside the 90 day window. Will b going to lifetime fitness from here on out.
