  • I get it, Bread and Salt-- you take your bread and pizza seriously, and it's good. But do you really have to be so unwelcoming? Cold staff, not enough seating, no clear menu, confused people in line, generally an unpleasant experience. You're cool, I get it. Why that is accompanied by a disregard for customer experience is unclear. It's a bummer. I'd rather support friendlier small businesses.
