  • Excellent experience. Professional, informative and some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They installed a fireplace in my house just over a year and a half ago and everything was seamless. Recently I was having an issue with the remote starter. I called and we did some quick trouble shooting over the phone. We still weren't able to identify the problem so they sent a tech out a couple days later. The tech was able to fix the issue in a matter of minutes and as it turns out it was user error. Nothing to do with quality product. Would highly recommend BBQs Galore.
