  • Toogood Pond is a treasure of Markham. Located right next to Unionville Mainstreet, there is plenty of free parking for people who drive here just to have a walk around Toogood Pond, or just in Mainstreet Unionville. A small little trail with a serene pond beautiful in all seasons - particularly Summer, photoshoots, wedding pictures, etc, are all photographed here, in different parts of the trail. Once a year, Unionville Festival takes place here with gorgeous fireworks right where Toogood Pond is! Definitely a great time to visit for a good 10-20 minutes worth of fireworks for everyone to enjoy! (Parking will be extra difficult on that day, though shuttle buses will run). It usually takes place early June!!
