  • Terrible GS, you have about 20 guests in your store and 2 people behind the counter. Told me the wait was around 20 minutes but an hour and a half later I go up because my iPhone wasn't charging to find out they couldn't fix it there but at their store by arrowhead mall, which was to close in 5 minutes...... Why didn't you just ask me what I needed when I walked in instead of taking my name and having me wait so long that at that point I couldn't make it to the other store? Terrible company and terrible store. The best part was they had maybe 2 or 3 other employees in the back doing god knows what when they could be helping guest..... Pft pathetic.
