  • While this review is late, I think it's pertinent Charlotteans be made aware. I left my pit bull-mastiff mix there during Labor Day weekend, and when I picked him up on that Monday evening following the holiday, I was told he was involved in a fight with another dog (through no fault of his own). The dog who attacked mine needed staples, and my dog was left with a large cut across his snout. While accidents happen, and while I know it was not my dog's fault, and while Dogtopia did not hold me responsible for the attack because of that, I received no call, no information until I picked him up. I have no idea what kind of medical treatment my dog received following the cut. Even though the attack was not his fault, I was told Dogtopia was "not the right mix" for my dog. Lack of communication when my dog was injured means you should stay away if you'd like to prevent the same for your dog.
