I've been dying to come here for a while now, so when it was still open at 9:30 at night, I decided to drag my friends to go in with me.
There was only one cashier who was simultaneously the baker and the barista, so the lineup was rather long and also confusing. It wasn't clear where we should stand so my friends and I kind of hovered in the store for a bit. Other than that service was prompt and friendly- we bought half a dozen cookies that the cashier took from the cookie jars. Since it was close to closing time, the choices for cookies were less than expected, but otherwise they still tasted fresh.
You're also able to sample the frozen yogurt bar on the side, and HOLY MOLY their fro-yo is to die for. I'm really looking forward to mixing in a huge cup of red velvet and birthday cake frozen yogurt the next time I'm there, although birthday cake runs out FAST. They even have Asian-inspired flavours such as taro!
I do think the cookies are yummy and unique but not quite worth the $10. However, if you buy the cookies they taste SUPER DELICIOUS when you microwave them for 40 seconds - 1 minute. The cookie will ooze with melted chocolate chips and break apart into soft, chewy heaps. I will come back to try an ice cream sammy and frozen yogurt, or maybe I'll ask them to make me mini-cookies instead.
