  • About a year ago, I called to get an estimate on repairs for my newer AC unit. They first took my name and cell phone number before they would schedule an appointment. I asked if I gave them my phone number would they keep calling me. They assured me they would not. Now the serviceman arrives and gives me an estimate which was $500 higher than the guy I finally hired. To add insult upon injury, if I bought their extended warranty, then the price would drop, but still way more than I paid. Thinking I was done with them, I now continue to get telemarketing calls from them every couple of months. I asked to be taken off their list on the first call, but to no avail. What's funny, I told them the first time they called I don't live in AZ anymore. If their staff is that ignorant, just imagine their service provider.
