For an older facility, I find this facility very good. The one thing I like about it is it has a great juice and nutrient bar where you can buy drinks, powders and such. All of the staff that I have dealt with have been knowledgeable and very friendly.
I am giving this three stars because the only bad thing that I found out about this facility was the high pressure sales tactics they use to sell you a membership and a very high-pressure tactics they use to get you to a personal trainer and sign a contract. The pressure was so high that I felt like I was buying some timeshare down in Mexico. This was a turn off. This high pressure, tacky, cheap sales process calls in mind the credibility of the facility and the trainers.
This is a solid three star facility with cramped locker rooms. I give this to stars because of the sales pressure they apply.
