I've been here a number of times and there are always lots of people eating here so keep that in mind because maybe it's just me that's not impressed. The staff is fine, the decor is a slightly strange mix of industrial and Tuscan but that's fine.
The real problem for me is the food. I've never been to an Italian restaurant that is so obsessed with fried food. Even though the menu doesn't specify, almost every entree I've had has been battered and fried; the only difference is they throw a sauce and a few vegetables on it. Also (or maybe because of this), it's really salty. Salads are just so-so. Not a lot of fresh ingredients here.
