  • I had Cox for 25 years and had no problems for 23 of them. In the past two years I have had many technicians out to my house to supposedly fix problems that occurred again only two weeks after fixed. I have replaced at least 10 modems, bought a new router and continue to have sporadic internet, and tv service. I haven't had a working home phone for about a month. They keep on wanting to send technicians out and last time they replaced their cables outside and tried to charge me $75. I called as soon as I received the bill and they took the charges off so now I'm leary about having them send someone out again. Looking for a good, reliable internet provider. Certainly not Cox.
