  • I had booked a work event here by recommendation from my manager as he had a personal connection here. The event manager I dealt with was great, thorough and made some good recommendations on the menu prior to the event itself. However when we got to the actual event, it was altogether a different story. The cold appetizers were served extremely late and after repeated inquiries into the hot food that was supposed to be served immediately after, we were told that the delay was due to a miscommunication in the kitchen, however our orders were being expedited. Once they did arrive the quality was extremely lacking. Anyway by this time the booze seemed to have taken over my colleagues' sensibilities and while I did not hear too many complaints that evening, I'm sure to hear them come Monday. I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for future office functions.
