  • I have in the past rated other locations of this bank and always got that Can Do attitude.... today lunch was more important and I found it disheartening. Always I have heard yes yes and yes, this happened to be a transaction i learned that the representative even gets a Bonus off of....hmmmm.... perhaps on my next visit not necessarily to this location, I can at least get that transaction dine and at that time a rep will get that bonus.... Since this last review because of ONE person Roger, I have pulled our mortgage that we were to have and as well even though we are not rich pulled our 5 figure account as well...Roger ( mortgage specialist did not tell us the truth). We do not bank with them any longer
