  • Unfortunately I had to frequent this ER a few times. The staff was always nice and attentive. The serious downside is the long wait. I have not experienced other ER's in Montreal but I hear it's like this everywhere, so... at least it wasn't bad. The ER waiting area is not the nicest, but that is more due to the people occupying it (coughing, smelling, etc.). Overall, the service was good (yet slow). As someone who's french is not very good, I had no trouble getting service in English.
