  • Have liked the comfort of having the security system and the fact that it can be armed/disarmed via cell. The only problem we've run into is the wireless connection not working and taking a long time to arm/disarm, then ending up having to do it manually when we return home. Hubby let them in the day they came to sell the product. The two gentlemen were nice and, to me, not overly pushy. They explained the system thoroughly and when the tech came he was done installing fairly quick. We've enjoyed having the system and the security it brings. I would recommend the company.
