  • Gary Kruetz has been my service consultant since 1990. I followed him from Scottsdale Lexus, and my experience is still outstanding. He is so conscientious, personable and has always had my best interests at heart. I have called him many times from the road and he has always been patient and addressed my concerns. . When I had an accident two years ago, he was, actually, more help than my insurance company in seeing that my car was repaired properly.
