  • Bill was great!!! But unfortunately our scooter didn't work :( he came out to help us once and it worked for about 10 minutes then stopped again. I didn't get to take my aunt anywhere I wanted to take her for mother's day. :( in fact I had to leave her at one casino while I walked alone to get the car from another casino to pick her up. I tried to call to see if Bill knew what the problem was and he said to try charging it... we tried but it didn't work and I felt bad calling bill yet again after he had been so nice. We're pretty sure the scooter had a short because it was fully charged. I recommend this place for their customer service, just because I had a bad scooter doesn't mean you will too!
