The Brit as the locals know it, is a place where you could get a beer at 18 (at least in the mid 90's) and look around to see what you could become in 40 years. The menu is simple and tasty and all that you could ask for in pub food. The wings are extremely underrated and I am a big fan of some of their hot sandwiches. Fries and gravy here are excellent for that after three pint hunger.
The regulars are an interesting mix of 20's to 60 something's of various backgrounds. The decor is dated and the patio is unfortunately too small for it's own good.
Many of the old restaurants and bars from Thornhill have closed in the last few years. It's nice to see this place still going strong.
