  • We hired Truly Nolen after the sales guy came out and said they would be able to get rid of the ants and palmetto bugs. 1 year later and multi-able treatments , we still have just as many if not more bugs than we did when we started. Feel as if we wasted hundreds of dollars. I think the exterminators try there best, but the product they use must not work. *Edited* adding a few more stars even though the treatment did not work for us. The customer service of the company is excellent and reached out to us to try and correct the situation.
